Sadly, Windows still doesn't provide you with a reliable solution for removing unneeded programs from your computer. For instance, its current uninstall solution (from Control Panel) occasionally leaves files behind after removing certain tools from your PC. For this reason, utilities like Revo Uninstaller Pro were developed: to give you a safe and quick way to permanently remove programs from your computer.
Once you launch the utility on your PC, it immediately displays a list with the names of all installed programs. You can use the integrated search tool to immediately locate the tool you wish to uninstall. A great aspect is that Revo Uninstaller Pro provides you with the option to back up a tool before uninstalling it. This feature comes in handy if you need to program in question later.
Another advantage is that the tool also provides you with several built-in tools for cleaning junk files, browser data, etc.
My only problem with the program is that it occasionally runs slow, especially when backing up the tools before their removal. Even if I select the "Skip Backup" option I still have to wait a while for the program to start the uninstall process.
Still, Revo Uninstaller Pro manages to remove unneeded programs without leaving any traces behind, something most Windows users definitely need from time to time. In my opinion, it's definitely worth buying this product for your PC.
